Pole Level Classes
Intro to Pole
NO prior experience required! Perfect for everyone new to pole dance, this class will teach you the basics. Get ready to dance and feel good in your body.
Prerequisite: NONE
Beginner
Completed Intro? Continue your pole journey with our Beginner class, where you'll learn fundamental moves to help build your upper body strength to complete beginner level tricks such as climbing, jasmine and brass hook.
Prerequisite: Intro to Pole
High Beginner
This class is for the dancer who is ready to begin inverting. We will focus on proper form for moves on spin and static pole where you will potentially be upside down. (Shoulder mount prep, butterfly, brass monkey, etc.)
Prerequisite: Beginner
Must be able to complete moves like jasmine, brass hook, climbs
Intermediate
This class is suitable for dancer who are comfortable learning sequences containing skills with 3 or less points of contact.
Prerequisite: High Beginner
Must be able to complete moves like an invert, brass monkey, shoulder mount, inside/outside leg hang
Advanced
This class is suitable for dancer who are comfortable learning sequences containing Ayeshas, aerial inverting and skills with 2 or less points of contact.
Prerequisite: Intermediate
Must be able to complete moves like aerial shoulder mount, aerial invert, Ayesha prep.
Open Gym
This is YOUR time to continue exploring your pole journey. Come work on moves you've learned in class or try something new!
