What is your late policy?
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after the start of class will not be permitted to join and a $15 late fee will be charged.
Pole classes require a proper warm-up to prevent injury, and entering late can be unsafe and disruptive to the flow of class for both the instructor and other students. When a student no longer is able to attend class due to missing the warm-up, it took the opportunity from another student who could’ve potentially made it to class.
Can I skip Intro to Pole?
It is NOT recommended to skip Intro to Pole without prior pole dance experience.
Intro to Pole prepares gets you acquainted with the apparatus and prepares you for the challenges you will face in Beginner-level classes. If you sign up for a level higher than Intro to Pole without confirming your prior pole experience, you may be subject to rescheduling.
What should I wear to my first class?
NO JEWELRY (please let the front desk know if you have permenant jewelry that needs to be covered.
No lotions or oils
Shorts and a tank top/sports bra
If signed up for a heels class, please bring heels 6” or above (otherwise referred to as “Pleasers”, no street heels)

Do you have to be a certain age to particpate?
We are an 18+ studio.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend classes or events.
Everyone attending a party or event must be over the age of 21 to have alcohol present.
